Easy Deviled Eggs

Chef Peurie’s perfect bite of velvety eggs yolks, mayo, and parsley…Deviled Eggs. Yes, these are incredible, edible eggs.

INGREDIENTS

1 dozen boiled eggs

1 cup of Dukes Mayo

1 tbsp of sugar

Salt & Pepper

¼ cup of fresh parsley

¼ cup of sweet relish

1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar

Paprika for garnish

  1. Boil the eggs until done about 30-40 minutes

  2. Cut each egg in half, separate the eggs yolks into one bowl, and place the egg white halves on a serving platter

  3. Mix the mayo, sugar, relish, vinegar, and parsley in a bowl until creamy,

  4. Correct taste by adding salt and pepper

  5. Spoon mixture into each egg white halves

  6. Garnish with paprika…Enjoy!
